Description

The ACS and KTW approvals allow the cable to be used in drinking water. These cables were developed for making connections to submersible pumps in drinking water. The cable can be used in water depths up to 50 bar and at water temperature up to 60°C. The BAM-approval allows the cable to be used in drinking water. It can also be used in industrial water The design is based on EN 50525-2-21. TLT 07RN8-F Round flexible electric cable, with special rubber insulation and outer sheath, suitable for permanent immersion in drinking water. The cables have successfully passed rigorous testing of drinking water requirements of the British WRAS certification (according to BS 6920), the German KTW and W270 for direct and permanent immersion in potable water. The certification agencies have verified the absence of microbial growth, the water taste, appearance, transparency and colour and the absence of any metals or toxic substances.
